Returns & Refunds
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer support at support@ipfsourcing.com or call us at (407)-342-9035 within 15 days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
- Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, including the arrangement of an LTL freight shipment for palletized items. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return Shipment: All returns must be shipped to our warehouse address using the same method of delivery (LTL freight if applicable) or similar shipping service.
- Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item’s condition.
Refunds
- If approved, your refund (minus the restocking fee and original shipping costs) will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will only cover the product cost. Shipping fees, both initial and return, are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange for the return and replacement or refund of the item at no cost to you. Please note that we may require photos of the damage for verification.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom orders or specially modified products.
- Products that have been used or installed.
- Items not in their original packaging or missing accessories.
